Urban Designer

Who We’re Looking For: The successful candidate will provide planning, design, implementation, and analysis support for a variety of projects. The candidate will need to collaborate closely with Street Plans Principals and Project Managers, as well as external partners and clients, to deliver designs that meet both the project’s goals and the firm’s standards.

Content & Proposal Manager

Who we’re looking for: The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission and possess a solid understanding of the proposal process within an urban design firm setting, particularly with an emphasis on active transportation, complete streets, and tactical urbanism implementation projects. This position requires excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, an ability to conceptualize and deliver graphics to convey ideas and information, and an ability to communicate effectively with a high level of professionalism in conveying technical matters, often in an easily digestible manner for laypersons.


Who we’re looking for: A skilled transportation engineer and planner with broad skillset interested in working on designing and delivering a variety of complete streets planning, urban design, and implementation projects in Miami-Dade County.
